Warranty Policy

All products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Retailer/Store. We do not warrant any products against cosmetic damages i.e. scratches incurred due to wearer’s negligence. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any of our products will void its warranty.

How To Make A Warranty Claim From Overseas

Please pack your product with protective packaging and use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product to us. Please include the following information in your package:

  • Your name, contact number and return address.
  • Proof of purchase, such as receipt.
  • Brief description of the problem or service required.
